Shipping policy

All orders within the United States & Europe take 2-7 business days to process and fulfill depending on location and time of year. The average shipping time is 5 business days depending on the delivery destination.

Note: During peak shopping seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Mid Summer) we may experience a high volume of traffic. As a result, popular products may go in and out of stock. If an order is placed with an out-of-stock product, it may take longer to process orders due to our restock schedule. In these cases, processing times may take between 2 to 4 weeks.  

 

USA Shipping Cost

Our Average shipping rate is 4.99 for orders weighing less than 5 pounds and will vary for orders weighing more than 5 pounds; this is automatically calculated during checkout, however, all shipping costs are waived for orders of $150.00 or more (United States).

International Shipping Cost

Standard international shipping rates for countries other than the United States are approximately 14.99 USD for orders 5 pounds or less.  Unfortunately, the free shipping option for orders more than $150 USD only applies to orders delivered to U.S Territories.  Depending on your location, your countries post may charge you additional fees for the imported goods, which is outside of our control.

International shipping rates will vary due to currency rate fluctuations. 

 

Tracking Orders

Once orders have been processed, an order number will be created for customer tracking purposes. For your convenience, you can always track the status of your order by entering your order number and the associated email address into the "Track Orders" page found on the main menu.
